A more general approach…

December 27, 2007

Dear friends, just a screenshot to show you the next upgrade in Gclusters: I’m working to a more general approach in listing the different parameters, in order to display also the different value that are in the literature (that may differ also in a significant extent to the value in the 2003 Release of Harris’ database). Here is a screenshot concerning, as an example, the distance modulus values for the cluster NGC6441:

The next release of Gclusters will have the possibility to check different values for all the listed parameters. Admittedly, in order this feature to be significant, I should collect an extended database of the variuos parameters avaliable in the literature: any help on this would be extremely useful… ;)

With my best whishes for the Christmas holidays and for the new year,

Marco C.
